Come experience a delightful evening of learning and connection at Sip at Selah as we welcome Mahjong with Kristen for a Beginner Mahjong Lesson! Whether you’ve never touched a tile or just want a refresher, this event is designed with brand-new players in mind.
Kristen will guide you through everything you need to know to get started with this beautiful, strategy-based game. We'll provide all materials—you just bring your curiosity and your love for a good time. The lesson will begin promptly at 6:15 PM.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 28th! Selah will be hosting the Norman/Goldsby community in Selah for Challenge Accepted 2025—a day-long celebration supporting mental health resources for first responders and veterans.
Why This Matters to Selah
At Selah, we are committed to creating spaces of restoration, connection, and purpose, and Challenge Accepted 2025 reflects these values in action. By supporting this event, we honor the bravery of those who serve our communities while helping expand access to trauma therapy and mental health resources. It's a powerful day where healing meets celebration, and community becomes the catalyst for lasting impact.
About Challenge Accepted
This annual event combines community building with purpose, offering six major attractions from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM:
🏃 Brandon Gray Thin Line Memorial Trail Run 5K (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) Honor the lives of first responders and veterans while enjoying Selah's beautiful trails. All fitness levels welcome!
🚗 Brake the Stigma Charity Car Show (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Located in the Sweetwater District, this show brings together car enthusiasts to raise awareness around mental health in high-stress professions.
💦 Oklahoma's Largest Water Balloon Battle (Afternoon) Get ready for an epic soaking-wet showdown with specialty rounds including Fire vs. Police and Veterans Only competitions.
🚒 Touch-A-Truck Experience (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM) Perfect for families! Children can explore emergency vehicles, construction equipment, and meet community heroes.
🧒 Children's Business Fair (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Support young entrepreneurs at this special fair hosted by Evergreen Acton Academy at Selah.
🎆 Independence Day Drone Show (9:00 PM) End the day with a sensory-friendly drone show celebrating courage, accompanied by live music and food trucks.
Our Involvement
We’re honored to serve as the host location for Challenge Accepted 2025, welcoming families, first responders, veterans, and supporters to Selah for a day grounded in healing, connection, and community spirit. Our grounds will become the backdrop for powerful moments of reflection, celebration, and support—aligning perfectly with our mission to be a place where restoration begins and purpose is renewed.

Join us for a charming weekend brunch in the dreamiest setting, created with moms in mind. Sip at Selah is celebrating Mother’s Day with a cozy, elevated brunch experience on both Saturday and Sunday—with two seating times available each day: 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Our coffee shop will be filled with thoughtful touches, a warm atmosphere, and a menu full of delicious options perfect for making memories with the women who matter most.
Tickets are free, but required to guarantee a table during your preferred time slot. Space is expected to fill quickly, so we recommend saving your spot early.
Walk-in ordering will still be available during brunch hours, but space will be limited.
