Though it feels worlds away, the Marmont is less than 10 miles from downtown Norman and the University of Oklahoma campus - offering the perfect blend of quiet seclusion and convenient access. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or reconnect, this hidden retreat invites you to slow down and stay awhile.

The space -

Outdoors:

  • Nestled within Selah’s lush landscape, the Marmont offers a serene setting surrounded by towering trees and native wildlife.

  • Step outside to enjoy direct access to peaceful walking trails, where you can wander through the woods and take in sweeping natural views.

  • Whether it’s a morning stroll or an evening under the stars, the outdoor space invites rest, reflection, and connection with nature.

Indoors:

  • Two spacious queen bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, each thoughtfully designed for restful nights.

  • 2.5 bathrooms ensure convenience, with modern touches and plenty of space to refresh.

  • The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal prep, whether you’re cooking a quiet dinner or hosting a cozy brunch.

  • A screened porch extends your living space, offering the perfect spot to sip coffee, read a book, or enjoy the view of the woods without interruption.

Pets:

Pets are welcome with a $50 additional fee. Follow all pet rules- not to be allowed on furniture or left alone in home. Please disclose any pets before your stay to avoid additional fees.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire cottage. Entrance to the house is through the door closest to parking. Code will be adjusted to the last four of your phone number.

Other things to note

Please note some cell phone carriers do not have service in Cottage Woods. We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi and turning on Wi-Fi calling in your settings. Or you can opt not to and enjoy an unplugged trip!
