The Reserve at Selah is a private dining and event venue.
It's where the rehearsal dinner happens the night before everything changes. Where a fiftieth birthday is a seated dinner with the thirty people who've known you longest — not a reservation for six at 7:45. Where a family scattered across four states sits down at the same table for the first time in years. Weddings, reunions, corporate dinners — bring the occasion and a headcount, and we'll build the dinner around it.
A few times a year, we host our own: paired wine dinners in the supper-club tradition. One seating, one menu, written course by course to match the wines being poured. You come in knowing the menu and maybe nobody else. That's the point. A supper club works because everyone at the table said yes to the same thing — the same menu, the same night, the same seat next to someone new. Nobody's ordering separately or leaving early. The wine gets poured, somebody asks a question, somebody else has a story, and by the last course you've traded numbers with people who were strangers at the first pour.
